The
apartment comes with a one car parking space and a private gated entrance.
This
is a no smoking, pet-less, no drugs and no loud noise apartment.
There is a covered smoking area just outside the front door.
Applicants must show proof of long term employment and agree to a credit and background
check.
Three month minimum lease with the first two weeks
'rent-free.'
The
landlord reserves the option to extend or reject the lease after the
three month trial
period.

out an application for the apartment.
After review of the
applications the first accepted party that makes a deposit
will get the apartment.
$530.00 or a single or $570.00 for a couple per month due the first day of each
month with a 7 day grace
period. If rent is not received
on time, a surcharge will
be added at
$3.00
per day. Security Deposit = $400.00 for clean up and repairs or if the lease is
terminated early.
Several people said
that they get paid by the week and can not come up
with the deposit.
The weekly rental rate is $125.00 for a single or $135.00 for a couple. The $400.00 deposit can
be paid by adding $35.00 per week to the rental rate for three months.
The weekly rate will be reduced to the listed amounts after
three months. You will
receive your deposit back if the conditions of the
lease contract are
satisfied.
